RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry or our other items purchase, return authorization must be requested within 7 days after you received the item for a refund less the cost of shipping & handling. Item must be in its original, unused condition, with its original packaging. Item must be shipped back to us with tracking number within 7-days after refund was requested.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items.
Please allow 5-7 full business days to process your refund once the item is back in our possession.
